EA: Concerns Regarding the Gas Supply
The Worcester Bosch Ri range is equipped with a blue flashing light indicator that activates when the gas supply to the boiler is interrupted.

You can ascertain whether the issue lies with the boiler or the gas supply by evaluating the functionality of other gas appliances in your home, such as a gas hob.

If the components are functioning correctly, the issue is likely associated with the boiler.
Over time, boilers may experience a loss of pressure, and when this pressure drops significantly, it can adversely impact the performance of your heating system.

In addition to the blue flashing light and the CE 207 error code, you can assess low pressure by checking if the pressure gauge reads below 1.

If the value is below 1, it will be necessary to increase the pressure.
A flue blockage can impede the ignition of your boiler.

Flue guards are installed to prevent debris and waste from entering the flue. If a flue guard is not fitted or has been damaged, a Gas Safe registered engineer is available to fit or repair it.
If you hear banging noises from your boiler, it may indicate kettling, which is the accumulation of limescale.

A Gas Safe-registered heating engineer can provide a power flush service to eliminate debris, sludge, and limescale, thereby restoring the flow of clean water in your system and eliminating any disruptive banging noises.
All condensing boilers are equipped with a condensate pipe that directs wastewater to a drainage system.

These pipes may become obstructed and are prone to freezing during the winter months, which can result in blockages.
Frozen condensate pipes may be thawed by pouring hot water on the blockage. However, if you are uncertain, it is advisable to engage a Gas Safe-registered engineer to assess and assist in clearing any obstructions.
If your boiler is leaking, the source of the leak is probably a malfunctioning component within the boiler.

If you notice that your boiler is leaking, please turn off the water supply and contact a Gas Safe-registered engineer immediately for an assessment and diagnosis of the issue.
